Kelly Services is actively seeking a **Warranty System Support Analyst** for Nissan at their HQ located in Franklin, TN.

This is a long term indefinite contract opportunity to join a great team

**Warranty System Support Analyst**

**What skills does this position require?**

Basic automotive knowledge and service terminology

Warranty claim processing knowledge at the claims adjuster or dealer service manager level, and awareness of purchase agreement terms regarding claims with a supplier

Working knowledge of warranty claim processing and exception approval a plus

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook Mail System

Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Good written/verbal communications skills

**Bachelor's Degree** & 2-5 years of directly related professional level experience. Related technical courses, seminars, and on the job class room training a plus.

Experience with mainframe applications a plus

**Job Description**

Administers warranty program at NNA, providing guidance/assistance to Claims Call Center staff, supports dealer/retailer claims processing through analysis, correction, and claim resubmission. Performs updates to key systems table s that drive warranty claim system processes. Monitor service part supplier recovery program, including maintaining appropriate liability rates, distribution of monthly correspondence to suppliers, and responding to supplier inquiries. Perform procedures to reconcile monthly warranty reimbursements to NNA distributors in collaboration with NNA Accounts Payable Department and NNA Distributors across the globe. Respond to inquiries from NML, NNA Affiliates, NTCNA, TCS concerning particulars related to claims adjudication process supported by research and available claim data.

**Describe the principle, core primary tasks that a person in this position performs on a daily, w** **eekly, monthly, or annual basis?**

Suspended claim investigation, review, and resolution

Perform Warranty System parameter table updates

Maintain dealer labor rates, part markup rates in warranty system

Maintain average fuel price used in calculation of PDI reimbursement to dealers

Produce monthly dealer labor analysis report

Maintain dealer flat rate manual and vin configuration charts for publication

Write service bulletins and publish to dealers

Provide assistance to Warranty Call Center, Powertrain Call Center, Consumer Affairs, and other departments within Nissan

Electronic Exchange claim review

Labor overlap review and implementation

Service part supplier communications and liability rate maintenance

Write ad hoc reports or extract claim data for analysis

Writing standard operating procedures and documenting business workflows

Working with Information Systems team to implement warranty system enhancements and troubleshoot system issues

W2/ HOURLY PAY RATE: Open (based upon experience and qualifications)

There is no per diem with this position

There is no relocation budgeted for this position. If this position requires you to relocate you will be responsible for those costs.
