**JOB DESCRIPTION:**







+ The Web Content Administrator, Digital Platforms is a highly-engaged and creative individual responsible for supporting the administration of content across Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices. He/she will collaborate with internal partners to deliver important resources that support key professional education initiatives. Being the connecting point for web content submissions with the goal of delivering high standard of quality and efficiency in mind, this individual is responsible for all day-to-day content administration and global internal partner collaboration pertaining to JnJInstitute.com, while adhering to a defined administration process..









**Responsibilities:**




+ Know and follow policies and procedures related to work activities performed in area of responsibility.

+ Complete training in area of responsibility within allowed time-period. Training is required for changes in existing policies and procedures, for new assignments and for implementation of new policies and procedures. Complete required periodic re-training in areas such as safety and environmental compliance.

+ Follow all company safety policies and other safety precautions within work area. Promote safety to all associates that enter work area. Follow Health Care Compliance guidelines as well as follow operating room training and safety standards (Bloodborne pathogens training, etc).

+ Support JnJInstitute.com related content administration and development across Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices.

+ Support Digital Education strategy to help drive visibility and JnJInstitute.com usage growth.

+ Ensure all content created fulfill our brand guidelines and meet compliance accuracy and copy approval requirements.

+ Identify new and innovative ways to improve JnJInstitute.com, contributing to a vision of effective professional education content delivery.

+ Create and maintain approved content across JnJInstitute.com by administering the Drupal content management system.

+ Develop partnerships throughout DePuy Synthes to contribute to the adoption of content submission process efficiencies and awareness of Huddle content opportunities.

+ Partner closely with IT, Marketing, Compliance, Regulatory, Legal, Privacy, and Communications globally to ensure continuous alignment.

+ Support delivery of quarterly Digital Education Solutions global analytic reporting leveraging Google Analytics, Drupal, Constant Contact, and other educational reporting sources to drive greater visibility and an increased awareness of website performance; interpret data and proactively share with internal stakeholders with recommendations on what action is needed to improve results.

+ Support SEO administration for JnJInstitute.com where required, supporting Google Tag Manager efforts and paid search marketing strategies.

+ Support digital led efforts and special projects where required, adhering to pre-defined processes.

**Minimum Experience:**




+ Bachelors Degree Required

+ 1-3 Years serving in a content development capacity; Medical Device experience preferred

+ High technological and business aptitude

+ Experience with content administration using Drupal 8 experience preferred

+ Experience in SEO, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager preferred.





**Additional Education/Experience:**




+ Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate with team effectively to positively influence collaboration, drive results and achieve desired outcomes in a fast-paced, complex environment.

+ Experience with responsive design content editing using a content management system.

+ Strong analytical skills and ability to execute with accuracy. Able to support compliance and validation efforts.

+ Proficient with Word, PPT, Excel and learning new systems

+ Ability to photocopy, print, file, and complete necessary data entry

+ Ability to work in a team environment

+ Ability to work evenings and weekends, when necessary.
