**General Summary**

The Copy Approval Moderator, Digital will be responsible for the management of updates and changes to websites. In addition, this position will also support the copy approval process for the review and approval of advertising and promotional collateral generated by various stakeholders across the organization.

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**

**Project Management**


+ Enables the review and approval of both digital and non-digital promotional materials through internal copy approval process.
+ Submits and tracks progress of all assigned projects through internal copy approval workflow system
+ Will be responsible to manage multiple projects, simultaneously across several stakeholder groups.
+ Leads discussions with internal stakeholders as well as external partners to ensure timely execution of projects.
+ Must establish priorities independently based on workload and customer engagement
+ Manage expiring websites pages to ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures
+ Work with Digital Marketing to manage expiring collateral utilized on websites to ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures
+ Manage and ensure current IFUs are being posted on our sites via our DAM technologies.
+ Will communicate updates to internal partners as well external suppliers when needed.

+ Must foster on-going partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
+ Will provide planned and ad-hoc detailed status updates on projects based on stakeholder requests.
+ Partner with other Copy Approval teams and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of the Copy Approval Process.
**On-going Knowledge**


+ Maintain current regulatory and product knowledge across the organization.
+ Will be expert in EOS, our digital asset management system in order to provide guidance and support to our internal and external customers.
+ Pro-actively collaborate with the Compliant Communication technology team to identify and implement technology optimization.
+ Takes initiative to propose modifications to procedures and processes as appropriate.

+ Takes initiative to propose modifications to procedures and processes as appropriate.
+ Strong communication skills required
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills required
+ Strong general technology skills i.e.,Microsoft Office and DAM systems (JIRA, ADAPTIV and QUOSA)
**Education and/or Experience**


+ College degree or equivalent experience required
+ Business experience (3-5 years) with 1-2 years in a regulated industry
+ Project management experience required
+ Cross functional team experience preferred
+ Copy approval / promotional material review within regulated environment strongly preferred
+ Strong understanding of compliant business practices strongly preferred
