**Job Responsibilities:**


+ Have a strong desktop support/helpdesk background in a corporate environment installing and configuring new end-user hardware, software, and peripherals
+ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with infrastructure and/or services provided by third parties such as ISPs and vendors
+ Possess Microsoft Active Directory experience in a multi-site environment, domain trusts, troubleshooting group policy
+ Advanced understanding and experience with server roles (DHCP, DNS, Print, File)
+ First-hand knowledge and experience in designing and implementing networking technologies, VLAN design, routing, RA and Site-to-site VPNs.
+ Have knowledge of server hardware, installation and configuration of server operating systems
+ Will monitor and maintain system and database backups (BackupExec, Redgate, SQL)
+ Will maintaining server applications such as centralized antivirus, network monitoring etc.
+ Will create and update documentation and IT procedures
+ Exchange 2010 and above/current administration and maintenance
+ Relevant IT Certifications (MCITP in Windows Server, MCSA, MCSE, CCENT, A+, Network+, etc.)
+ Excellent problem solving, analytical and technical troubleshooting skills including knowing how to look for answers and research a problem thoroughly
+ Maintain a positive attitude and be able to work independently and in a team environment
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
**Qualifications, Skills and Must Haves**


+ Strong Exchange/Outlook, Skype for Business and SharePoint product knowledge
+ Strong written, verbal, and organization skills.
+ Superior time management and prioritization skills.
+ Proficiency with Windows and Mac OS
+ Technical knowledge and experience in local and wide-area networking
+ Passion for technology
+ Administration experience in any or all of Exchange/Outlook, SharePoint and Skype for Business
+ Acquired industry acknowledged certifications like MCSE or Cisco certifications
+ Knowledge of port for POP servers, DNS, Active Sync, IP address
