Description **Job Description**

Downtown Augusta office is seeking Wireless Help Desk Support Representative to support tier 2 calls from customers regarding troubleshooting for mobile devices of any kind - pads, cell phones, media devices etc. Looking for sharp professional who is articulate with some previous background with troubleshooting.

Responsibilities include:

-Providing wireless assistance via the telephone

-Maintain sense of urgency

-Consistently meet deadlines regarding response to customer

-Complete required documentation/paperwork accurately

-All other duties as assigned


Qualified candidate should:

-Have one or more years of experience in the wireless support industry.

-Have strong customer service support and customer relationship skills.

-Possess ability to multitask in a fast-paced working environment.

-Associates Degree or higher preferred but not required.

-Training provided.


Paid on a weekly basis.
