Kelly Services has a wonderful opportunity in Post Falls, for a valued Customer in the Property Management realm.

This is a Temp to Hire position, 14.00/hr to start, and the schedule is Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.

Job description and Duties:

Fast-paced office with heavy multi-tasking with many tasks having many different due dates to keep tangible to. Position will have heavy phone; email communications and customer services including lease signing walk-throughs and move out walk-throughs; must be able to leave detailed notes. Meeting with tenants to explain possible charges for damages/cleaning and enforcing our lease policies. Finalizing the move out paperwork and following up on any time sensitive items.

Position is not a bookkeeper position. It will encompass administrative assisting of rental and tenant services, bookkeeping skills is a bonus though!

We will be testing you for:

- Accounts Receivables

- General Office Skill

- Basic computer skills saving and navigating a computer files

- Telephone & Customer Service

- 10-Key

Day to Day Tasks could range from: Taking calls for service needs from current tenants, starting work orders, follow up and dispatching of work orders. Answer phone inquiries on available property for rent/showings. Scheduling property showing to prospective tenants. Collecting rental applications. Running rental applications. Typing up leases and lease renewals, meeting with new tenants for move in walk-through and signing of lease documents. Meeting with tenants for walk out at the termination/vacating lease unit. Meeting with tenants, collecting rent payments, updating spreadsheets, gathering market analysis of rental units. Set up new tenants in computers system and to correlating spreadsheets.

Skills we are looking for.

- Reliable transportation for offsite meetings with tenants/contractors at property locations

- General bookkeeping knowledge/Skills - Accounts Receivables skill & knowledge

- Very detailed oriented

- Understand individual situations and sense of urgency unique to each

- Heavy Customer Service

- Comfortable talking and meeting with unfamiliar people

- Ability to enforce our policies verbally and written

- Good Clear phone skills and note taking

- Has very good organizational skills

- Is very good with multi-tasking
