**$100K - $145K/year**


Kelly Government Solutions is hiring for a workforce planning manager on a government contract with our customer on a 100% remote basis. This is a direct hire opportunity.


**Description:**

The workforce planning manager will own projects and oversees project workstreams focusing on the delivery of workforce solutions services, products, workforce planning, and workforce analytics activities. Critical components of this position include owning existing client relationships, being responsible for the success of projects, assisting Federal HR government human resources and civil rights organizations to identify and implement workforce solutions and services, and overseeing the development of staff and helping to grow our customer from a financial and capability standpoint.


**Duties and Responsibilities:**

The duties listed below are major responsibilities for the position; other duties may be assigned as needed by management.

Manage and implement tools and methods within Workforce Solutions that maximize our clients ability to become more proactive using data to make HR/HC decisions.

Deliver, refine or mature development of new innovative tools to address client challenges within workforce planning, workforce analytics, and other organizational effectiveness areas.

Manage the requirements gathering process to develop new and enhance existing innovative tools with new functionality/capabilities and coordinate with internal/external development teams.

Manage projects with multiple work streams and stakeholders, managing team members/staffing, planning and prioritizing work assignments, identifying next steps, escalating issues with our customer/WFS leadership and working directly with client leadership.

Lead and facilitate client meetings and sessions as necessary, while coaching team members and transitioning and overseeing meeting/session responsibilities when appropriate.

Manages relationship with clients and client leadership teams, including managing and overseeing correspondence and reporting.

Drive client satisfaction through the delivery of quality service/work products and results and by owning the development and quality review of project deliverables (e.g. briefings, presentations, reports/dashboards, trainings, communications, standard operations procedures.)

Take ownership of monitoring project financials, working with Accounting as needed, to manage the project budget and review and approve project invoices as required.

Identify potential risks and issues that may adversely impact our customer's business; proactively communicate and escalate risks and issues to both project and our customer's leadership.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and lead by example through modeling and conveying a positive and professional image when interacting with clients, team members, peers, and business partners.

Operate as a supervisor for employees, providing coaching, mentorship and career development; conducting job appraisals; delivering feedback; enforcing policies and procedures; and approving leave and schedules.

Support business development activities and lead/oversee development and organization of materials such as proposals and white papers.

Identify areas for internal improvement and standardization initiatives; develop approaches and artifacts to collaborate and lead teams to execute improvements with minimal guidance.

Manage internal initiatives and non-billable projects while meeting utilization target.

**Required Education and Experience:**

Bachelors Degree

Six (6) or more years of experience in & an understanding of the federal landscape, including supporting processes, policy and technology.

Three (3) or more years of experience in leading projects to include managing project resources.

Demonstrated knowledge of HR functions & processes, with experience in one or more of the following areas: HR Strategy, HR Employee Experience, HR Operating Models, HR Outsourcing Advisory, and HR Technology.

Experience leading current/future state road mapping, requirements gathering workshops, running labs, and/or facilitating meetings.

Ability to multi-task, without losing focus of priorities.
